Your orders will be shipped from our local warehouse in Singapore. Otherwise, we mention the shipping location on the product listing page.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Usually, it may take 3 working days to deliver at your doorstep islandwide.
Processing time: 1 working day
Shipping time: 2 – 3 working days

Would you provide a tracking number?

We only provide a tracking number with Standard/Express delivery.

Why I haven't received any order confirmation email?

Please check the spam folder in your email account, sometime our email notification could land there.

Or you may accidentally enter your email wrong or mistyped when you register with us. Please double check your email address in your user account, you can correct it by yourself.

Warranty Exclusions

  2. Other failures or damages that are not caused by technical aspects such as product design, manufacturing, quality, etc.
  3. Damage by the end-user due to negligence or improper use.

Product Exchange

  1. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue an exchange with another product (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer).
  2. In the case where Loiswenie has made a shipping error, we will gladly cover the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the item(s).
  3. Same product exchange without the cost of postage only applicable to factory defects, please email us upon receiving the item within 3 days.
